Due to the decomissioning of our primary data centre, we need to migrate our servers and supporting infrastructure to a new location. This will require a temporary shutdown of our servers while they are relocated.
During this time, all ProWorkflow services will be unavailable including:
- Trial & Subscription Accounts
- API Access
- ProWorkflow Website
- Client Area
We have scheduled the migration to reduce the impact, but due to the nature of this work we need to allow a large time window for completion.
We hope to have the work completed early, but are advising customers to allow for 10 hours of downtime and to please plan accordingly.
